1. General Overview

DirectorySigns.artsNprints.com specializes in custom-made directory signs, wayfinding boards, and building signage across India. By engaging with our platform, you acknowledge that all products are made-to-order and designed as per customer approvals, drawings, and specifications.

2. User Agreement

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • All information you provide (name, address, contact number, etc.) is accurate and complete.

  • You will not misuse the website for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

3. Product Customization and Artwork Approval

  • All custom signage and nameplates are manufactured only after receiving your pre-production design approval via email or WhatsApp.

  • Once artwork approval is confirmed, no design, material, or size changes will be accepted.

  • Minor visual variations may occur due to differences in screen display, lighting, or raw material texture (see Colour Variation Policy).

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed are inclusive of GST unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Payments must be made in full and in advance before production begins.

  • We accept online payments via secure payment gateways (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking).

  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for customized orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • All products are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners across India.

  • Average dispatch time: 5–8 working days post artwork approval.

  • Delays due to transportation, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we ensure proactive communication via WhatsApp or email.

  • Door delivery is available across all Indian states and union territories.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only accepted before design approval.

  • Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be processed as each product is custom-made.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Since products are customized and made-to-order, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong dispatches.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment mode.

8. Warranty and Durability

  • All signage products are designed using durable, weather-resistant materials such as acrylic, stainless steel, brass, titanium, or eco-friendly composites.

  • Warranty coverage may vary by product and excludes damage due to mishandling, improper installation, or exposure to corrosive environments.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product images, text, and design templates—is the intellectual property of Arts N Prints (Newtech Corporation of India). Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Minor deviations in color, texture, or finish.

  • Delays due to courier or third-party service interruptions.
