Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, cancellations and returns are governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production Start:
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production has not commenced. A nominal processing fee (10%) will be deducted to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.

  • After Production Begins:
    Once your design is approved and the production process has started, cancellations are not possible as each sign is custom-manufactured exclusively for your order.

  • For Urgent Cancellations:

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We ensure every directory sign is crafted and shipped with utmost care. However, replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Eligible for Replacement Only If:

    • The product is damaged during transit.

    • There is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our end.

    • The item received does not match the approved proof or final artwork.

  • Ineligible for Return/Replacement:

    • Errors arising from incorrect information, spelling, or design shared by the customer.

    • Minor variations in color, finish, or texture due to screen-to-print differences.

    • Physical damage after delivery caused by mishandling or improper installation.

3. Replacement Procedure

  • Email or WhatsApp clear unboxing photos/videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our quality assurance team will review and verify the issue within 48 hours.

  • Upon approval, a replacement will be initiated at no additional cost.

  • In some cases, we may request you to return the defective product to our warehouse address before processing the replacement.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for cancelled orders (before production) or if replacement is not feasible due to product unavailability.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
