At DirectorySigns.artsNprints.com, every signage product is custom-designed, precision-made, and quality-checked before dispatch. Since each order is created exclusively as per the customer’s approved design, we follow a clear and fair Return & Refund Policy to ensure transparency and trust.
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds can be processed.
1. Custom-Made Product Policy
All our directory name boards, apartment listings, and signage plates are made-to-order as per client specifications. Once the design approval is received and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except for eligible damage or defect cases (explained below).
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A replacement or partial refund is accepted only if:

The product is damaged during transit.

There is a manufacturing or printing defect on our part.

The delivered item differs from the approved proof or order specifications.
Not Eligible For Return / Refund:

Colour tone or texture variation due to digital display differences (refer: Colour Variation Policy).

Spelling or content errors provided by the customer.

Product damage caused after delivery or during self-installation.

Delay in delivery due to courier partner, weather, or logistical conditions beyond our control.
3. Reporting a Damage or Defect
To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

Record a clear unboxing video immediately upon delivery.

Share the video and photos of the defect via WhatsApp (9036882889) or Email (support@artsnprints.com) within 24 hours of receipt.

Our Quality Assurance Team will review and respond within 48 working hours.

Once verified, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
4. Refund Conditions
Refunds are applicable only under the following cases:

The order was cancelled before production started.

A verified issue where replacement is not feasible due to design, stock, or material limitations.
Refund Mode:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment channel within 7–10 working days after approval.
5. Return Pickup or Disposal
In certain cases, you may be required to:

Return the defective product to our nearest dispatch hub, or
-
Dispose of it safely after authorization, if return shipping is not practical.
Our logistics team will share the return procedure on a case-by-case basis.
